Drug and Alcohol Policy:
- Students while on site may not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol whether illicit or prescribed. Any drug that is prescribed to a student and has a drowsiness or DO NOT OPERATE MACHINERY warning must be disclosed to the school upon registration. Any student who comes onto campus under the influence of any drugs, alcohol or other impairing substances will not be allowed to enter and will be refused entry into the school premises and vehicles. Any funds related to the incident will be forfeited and we reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities.
- Students must maintain a 0.00 BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) at all times while at the school facilities, the training yard and in the vehicles.
- Students must maintain a 0.00 Δ9-THC ng/mL (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) at all times while at the school facilities, the training yard and in the vehicles. This means it has been at least 24 hours since you last consumed cannabis products.
Cancellation Policy:
- Students may cancel in-class or in-vehicle classes with 48 hours notice without penalty.
- If the student provides less than 48 hours notice and the school is able to replace the student with another student, there will again be no penalty. If the school is unable to replace the student a $80 rebooking fee will be charged for each appointment.
- If the student provides no notice (No Show and/or No Call), the entire appointment will be forfeit and the student will have to pay full price if they wish to rebook the appointment.
Road Test Cancelation Policy
- Students may request that the school book a road test on their behalf when they are eligible.
- The school will present a date offered by the Ministry. Students will have 24 hours from the presentation to accept or reject the offered date.
- Once the date is accepted, it can only be cancelled 15 of more days in advance of the date.
- If a road test is cancelled less than 15 days from the accepted date, a rebooking fee of $229 will be charged.
- If a student does not appear on the accepted date and does not provide any notice, the road test will be forfeit and the student will have to pay the full price to rebook a road test ($399).
